We are looking for an engaged AVOR / Project Manager, available immediately or upon agreement, who can professionally create our carpenter projects according to client specifications using Vectorworks, prepare material lists, and handle material orders.
Who we are

We realize high-quality renovations, refurbishments, and customized solutions for private and business clients—focusing on quality, clean execution, and well-thought-out details.
Your tasks
- Project handling from measurement to invoicing
- Creation of execution plans, material lists, and material orders
- Project-related contact and technical advice for clients and architects
- Control of ordered goods
- You will conduct quality inspections, document deviations, and ensure a complete and clean handover to the workshop
What you bring
- Trained carpenter (EFZ, furniture specialization) or comparable
- Further education as a carpentry project manager, preferably with practical experience
- Good IT skills in 3D CAD Vectorworks, Triviso, and MS-Office 365
- Reliable work style and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent, communicative, flexible, and punctual
- Good German language skills and interest in modern CNC processing
- Driver’s license category B

We are looking for an engaged customer/service carpenter (m/f) to start immediately or by arrangement, who can handle our customers’ repair orders professionally and quickly.

CNC Machinist (m/f/d, 100%)

Then you are exactly right with us.
We are looking for an engaged CNC machinist to start immediately or by appointment who will professionally produce and process our woodworking projects on our SCM Morbidelli Z5.
Who we are
Schreinerei Hochuli Muttenz AG combines traditional woodworking craftsmanship with modern interior design.
We realize high-quality renovations, restorations, and custom solutions for private and business clients – with a strong emphasis on quality, clean execution, and thoughtful details.
Your tasks
- You create CNC programs with Maestro, the machine software for the SCM Morbidelli, based on detailed plans and handover information from the AVOR office
- You monitor the processing of precise parts for cabinets, kitchens, doors, as well as custom designs on the CNC machining center
- You regularly maintain and clean the SCM Morbidelli, keep tools and facilities in good condition, and ensure high machine availability
- You conduct quality controls, document deviations, and ensure a complete and clean handover to the subsequent stations (workshop/surface/assembly)
What you bring
- Trained carpenter or cabinet maker EFZ (furniture specialization) or comparable
- Experience with CNC machining centers, ideally with the SCM Morbidelli
- Good knowledge of CAM software such as WoodWop or TopSolid’Wood (Maestro is a plus)
- Are you eager to learn how to operate the SCM Morbidelli? We are happy to train you and support your entry into CNC technology.
- Reliable work ethic and solutions-oriented thinking
